The character spoofs were a little obvious, but this is still a hilarious parody. Everything it brings up I've thought to myself once before, especially how the series started over from the beginning... what, 8 times on Cartoon Network?
For someone so "focused" on the original series, you used very little of what made the games good. Reminded me more of that horrible, dubbed Sonic movie more than the game itself (a blend of Sonic 2 and Sonic CD, apparently). I'm not an expert on what deserves frontpage or not, but I could do a way better job with Sonic 2 sprites than that dash-across-the-bad-guy-fifty-times-then-he-explodes shit.

Wow...
